Description

Along Red Cloud Loop Road, and at the base of Brownie Canyon this is the first trailhead on the West side of the road providing access to the southern end of the Dry Fork Flume Trail, popular for hiking, mountain biking, and horse riding. Please be respectful of all users. Amenities include a parking area, kiosk, picnic table, and fire ring.

Directions

From Vernal, UT head north on Highway 191 for 0.5 miles. Turn left onto 500 North (State Route 121). Travel for 3 miles and turn right onto 3500 West. Travel for 8.5 miles. At the intersection with Deep Creek Road, continue right to stay on Dry Fork Settlement Road and travel for approximately a mile. Turn left at the intersection with Dry Fork Overlook Road and Indian Trail Ranch Road. Travel for 2 miles, the trailhead is on the West side of the road.
