Canyon Forest Camp is one of several small campgrounds located along the Wild and Scenic Lostine River. The camp is a rustic facility with 3 campsites, set in the cool fir and pine tree forest. It is very popular during the summer months with local and regional campers. Canyon Forest Camp is also very popular with visitors to the Eagle Cap Wilderness.
Season of use generally runs from early June to October.
Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
Canyon Forest Camp has 3 campsites with picnic table, fire rings and parking spaces.
From Enterprise, Oregon travel northwest on State Highway 82 to Lostine; In Lostine go 7 miles south on the Lostine River Road to Forest boundary; Lostine River Road turns into Forest Road 8210; Travel on Forest Road 8210 up the Lostine Canyon for 3.5 more miles to campground on right side of road. The forest roads are gravel surface.
