Constructed in the 1950s with the help of the Kiwanis Club, the Tri-territory Site is the location where the Mexican Territory, the Louisiana Purchase and the Oregon Territory intersected. This site includes flag poles for the flags of the countries represented by the three territories, and a central flagpole for the U.S. Flag. This is a fee-free site. It is NOT wheelchair accessible at this time.
Take State Highway 191 north 10 miles from Rock Springs. Go East on County Road 4-17 twenty-nine miles. Head North on County 4-83 three and a half miles; North on BLM 4102 three and a half miles to the site.
