Description

Quail Hollow Day Use Area is situated along the California-side of the lower Colorado River within the Parker Strip Recreation Area. This site provides river access, shaded picnic tables, and a vault toilet. Visitors enjoy this river front site year-round. 

An on-site winter Bureau of Land Management volunteer site host can help visitors with any questions or concerns.

Directions

From Lake Havasu City, this day use area is about 45 minutes south of town. 

Visitors will need to drive over the Parker Dam onto the California side of the Colorado River. (Note: Oversized vehicles and vehicles towing trailers are not permitted to cross the dam.) 

Located about 8 miles south of the Parker Dam on the California side of the Colorado River turn left at the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) sign.

From Parker, drive north across the bridge over the Colorado River and turn right. Quail Hollow Day Use Area will be 14 miles ahead on your right.
